Accommodation for Dogs and Cats
Accommodation is provided in separate pens. On the picture (pict.1) is a view of standard pens, which are fitted with separated run each (pict.2). The above standard pen (pict.4) provides the animals with a larger space and privacy. The pens are heated by floor heating, which secures comfortable conditions even in winter months. As for the doggies that are used to the outdoor environment, there is also provided a possibility of an outdoor pen accommodation with a heated kennel (pict.3).

The Hotel Hugo Reception
The Hotel Hugo Reception is opened:
MO - FRI from 08.00 am to 04.00 pm.
It is possible to agree on the delivery of animals also outside these hours, possibly to agree on handing over the animals directly at the customer’s place.
Pict.3 - Pen with a heated kennel
In order to secure the protection of your animal, it is necessary to hand over a valid certificate of vaccination and veterinary surgeon’s examination on the animal’s health unexceptionable nature and due vaccination (no older than 3 days) during accommodating of your animal. In order to secure accommodation you may also use an Order Form. The booking is binding for the Hotel Hugo after paying a 50% deposit to the account with KB 278909840227/0100. In the event that the booking is cancelled, the hotel charges for the cancellation fees and that is in the full amount of the provided deposit.
